Generation Sleepless

Back in September, SPHS hosted a presentation on Sleep with Heather Turgeon, co-author of “Generation Sleepless: Why Tweens and Teens Aren’t Sleeping Enough and How We Can Help Them” speaks to SPHS parents and caregivers about her book. Please note, this presentation was given with high school age students in mind but there is relevant information for middle school students as well. View the recording here.

On May 19, 2023, SPMS 8th graders are invited to celebrate their promotion by sharing a night of fun and excitement with all of their 8th Grade friends at Universal Studios Hollywood! Please note this event will be in place of the traditional end of the year 8th Grade Promotion Party.
