LET’S TALK ABOUT
ANXIETY: IS THIS NORMAL?
This is a common question when it comes to anxiety as well as the range of moods tweens and teens often experience. Our child experiences distress and we wonder, “Is this normal?”.

VOLUNTEER SIGN UPS HERE
Love Halloween? Want to support mental health & wellness for SPMS students and the South Pasadena community? As a culminating event to cap off Mental Health Week at SPMS, the PTA will be offering a service to the community at the annual South Pas SPOOKTACULAR at Orange Grove Park on the evening of October 28th! Stop by the SPMS Mental Health Awareness booth to check out our mental health resources and to make a “ghost lollipop.” All ages welcome.
Want to help out? We are looking for both parent and STUDENT VOLUNTEERS to staff the booth! Our “ghost lollipop” craft for the kids will be boo-tiful and wicked fun! Student volunteers must be SPMS students. Sign up here.
